Principal Ecologist and Biomimic, Founding Partner

An ecologist, biomimic, and engineer, Anuj is passionate about creating ecologically responsible and nature-inspired designs for the built environment that are good for people, biodiversity and ecosystem services.

Anuj is a National Geographic Explorer, a recipient of the Joan Mosenthal DeWind award for Lepidoptera Conservation by Xerces Society, USA and the Cities of Love Environmental Sustainability Award, Singapore. 

Anuj has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master’s degree in Biomimicry, a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences and a Biomimicry Professional Certification offered by the Biomimicry 3.8 team Montana, USA. As the first trained Biomimicry Professional in Southeast Asia, he also founded the Biomimicry Singapore Network which is part of Biomimicry Institute’s Global Networks. Anuj combines his deep ecological knowledge with biomimicry to create engaging outdoor experiences in tropical ecosystems.
